We are accountants specialized in business education and tax compliance.  We provide business consulting services such as financial accounting and tax compliance.  We provide direct help with your business operations on the consulting side of our firm.  We provide classes in the training side of our firm in the areas of:  1) employment and payroll taxation; 2) income entity and individual taxation; 3) sales and use taxation; 4) accounting set-up and write-up; and 5) business education.  The owner previously operated as a sole proprietorship from 1987 to 2009, and as a limited liability company from 2010 to 2011, along with employment as an adunct accounting and business instructor. 

Currently we seek to serve corporations and universities with compliance and training services.  The owner and staff includes experience teaching a diversity of accounting and business courses, operating small businesses and contracting and temping in the field of accounting.  Consequently, this provides a wealth of knowledge that we can bring to your organization to empower it for success.
