Reorganized established company, previously called Business Tax & Accounting Solutions, LLC, and Moonlight Tax Services, into a privately held C-corporation. Provided management consulting and education services for corporations, partnerships, proprietorships, non-profits, and other entities. Researched target markets, financed operations, and drafted business/marketing plans. Selected, trained, and supervised six to eight employees. Contracted with vendors, managed accounting, paid company invoices, and prepared company’s tax returns and payrolls. Assessed and interviewed clients, proposed recommendations, negotiated and wrote services contracts. Provided taxation and payroll compliance, financial and non-profit accounting, project assistance, and business consulting to 12+ entities. •Built and maintained a still used database in 2007 to 2008, for American Truck Business Services, which included all aspects and progress of client’s IRS representation cases.
