Business Consulting and Training, Inc., previously Business Tax & Accounting Solutions, LLC and Moonlight Tax Services, from January 1987 to Present, was re-established in May of 2011 as a C-corporate business consulting and training company that offers tradtional tax compliance and financial accounting services for small to large companies at our office.  It is now a provider of two distinct services:  consulting and training.  Our clients are corporations, other entities and business professionals.  Clients can choose to obtain direct assistance with their specific business operations, and/or to learn the knowledge and skills necessary to perform as effective entrepreneurs or managers.

On the consulting side, we offer traditional tax compliance and financial accounting services at our offices.  We provide accounting professionals for corporate projects, temporary and/or permanent operating needs at client business locations at a higher cost to the clients.    We prepare/review corporate, partnership, proprietorship, non-profit and individual income tax returns; employment tax returns; and sales & use tax returns. We complete monthly and/or annual accounting for businesses.  We will assist with corporate projects, temporary and/or permanent operating needs on our upcoming consulting side.

 On the training side, we provide seminar courses in business education and tax and payroll compliance topics for owners, managers and employees.  Our seminar courses may be taken at group rates at scheduled times, or privately at our office location(s) or at the client company locations at a higher cost to the clients.   Our seminars courses provide knowledge and skills for business professionals in the areas of employment and payroll taxation, income entity and individual taxation, sales and use taxation, accounting set-up and write-up, business basics, and other relevant business topics.
